When does a verification job become billable?

ID verification jobs

For any ID verification job, Vouched will bill for the job as soon as a user submits at least one photo. If the user starts the verification process but does not submit any photos, Vouched does not bill for the job. 

Data verification jobs

For any data-only verification job that runs without ID verification (such as Crosscheck, SSN, AML), Vouched will bill for the job as soon as the data gets submitted and the job is created.
