Here’s how:
Option 1: from the Help Center
Click the “Submit a Request” button at the top right of this Help Center.

Fill out the form with as much detail as possible:
The device you’re using (e.g., iPhone 14, Windows laptop).
The browser or app you’re using (e.g., Safari, Chrome).
The error message you’re seeing (if any).
Screenshots of the issue, if available.
Click Submit to send your request.
Option 2: email
You can also email us directly at support@vouched.id.
Please include:
Your name and the company you’re verifying with or associated with.
A description of the issue.
The device/browser you used.
Any screenshots or job IDs (if available).
What happens next
You’ll receive a confirmation email that your ticket has been created.
A member of our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
If we need more information, we’ll reach out via email.
