As an administrator of your Vouched account, the Users page provides you the ability to create new users and permissions.
Add new Users
To add a new User, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Users page under the Settings section of the Dashboard.
- In the Users window, type the new user's email address, first name, and last name.
- Choose which permissions the user should have.
- Click Invite User. You're all set! The user will receive a welcome email from Vouched with next steps.
User permissions
When adding a new user or modifying an existing user, the following permissions can be applied:

Review- Allows user to review verification jobs. -
Files- Allows user to download PDFs of jobs. -
Admin- Allows user to manage users and keys. -
2FA- Add 2 Factor Authentication for the user. Requires the user to scan a QR code with a tool like Authy. -
Groups- Select the groups to be assigned to the user (optional).
Disabling Users

Disabled- When this is selected, the user will be blocked from signing in.

*Note - We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all users as a best practice.
